Shipping Information

International Orders - if you are ordering from outside the UK please read the following information carefully. For shipping to US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Australia it can take some time for items to pass through customs.

Customs Charges / Import Duty - Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders.

Royal Mail will not class an International Standard order as lost until at least 6 weeks from the dispatch date - please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s rare that an order gets lost, but please don't hesitate to get in touch - an investigation will be opened for you.

Refunds/Replacements will only be accepted in cases of faulty items. Please fill out a contact form with your order number and images of your faulty item in order to resolve the issue.
